Q: When is the 2025 SCAA Annual Meeting?
A: The 2025 SCAA Annual Meeting will take place at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport in Arlington, VA, on March 19-20, 2025.
Q: Are there any networking events?
A: SCAA has built in valuable networking time during session breaks and will host a social event on Wednesday evening.
Q: How do I attend?
A: After you register, you will receive a confirmation email verifying your registration. Once you arrive on site you can go to the SCAA registration desk to pick up your badge and other conference materials.
Q: How do I become a SCAA member to take advantage of the discounted member rate?
A: If you wish to become a member of SCAA, click here to complete the online membership application prior to registering.
Q: What should I wear?
A: During the day, anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. The temperature fluctuates in meeting rooms, so please bring a jacket.
Q: Will there be Wi-Fi?
A: Complimentary basic wireless internet will be provided.
Q: Does the hotel offer a complimentary shuttle to and from Ronald Reagan International Airport (DCA)?
A: Yes, the shuttle departs the hotel every 20 minutes from 4:20 a.m. to 12:40 a.m., seven days a week. Please click here to view estimated times to/from the airport. Use HOTEL CODE: 2799 when accessing the link.
-Terminal 1: Pick up is outside the main doors—follow Hotel Shuttle Pickup signs.
-Terminal 2: Pick up is outside Doors 4 and 7 on the baggage claim level—follow Hotel Shuttle Pickup signs.

Q: Is there parking at the property?
A: Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport offers valet-only parking, with unlimited in/out privileges. Clearance is 6’ 8” in our underground parking garage. Published rates are:
-Overnight Guests: Cars: $45.00/day and Mini Van, Van*, SUV*, Truck*: $55.00/day
-Day Guests: Up to 2 hours $18.00, 2–4 hours $28.00, 4–6 hours $38.00
*Additional fee may apply for oversized vehicles.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to SCAA Headquarters at [email protected]. Requests made on or before February 17, 2025, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for requests made after February 17, 2025.
